Bookmark finesse for anonymous and no bookmark set #98

  1. Anonymous shouldn't see the bookmark link at the top of the "Read Now" menu.
  2. Unset bookmarks should have a rule to set them to the first page of the book.

Fixed by making no-bookmark message in menu concise and also make sense for logged-in users who haven't set their bookmark yet.
