Media-Download "Save as" 1. not remember last location, 2. ignores Location in Settings #147

on my Desktop, I use Version 3.16.0 with no Issues.

on my Win10 Lenovo Yoga 530, I recently installed Altus 4.2.0 and discovered the strange Media Download behavior.

When I download Media from a Conversation in 3.16.0, it remembers the last saved Location and makes sorting the files much easier.

In 4.2.0, after every download, it jumps back do C:/User/Username/Downloads I even tried to set another location in Settings (Called Default Download Directory), but it just seems to be ignored.

On Version 3.16.0 it works like expected.

Edit: after restart, the new setted Directory is working. Although, to remember the last saved location keeps resetting.
