Do you see the QR-code or what is the behavior if you say, that Altus does not reload the chats? Can you take a screenshot?
Maybe you can also try the shortcut "Ctrl+Shift+R". But MAC does have this Command-key instead of Ctrl, right? So Cmd+Shift+R then. Maybe it does help you, too.

unfortunately i can´t recreate these Problems – currently Altus works very well ?! But i´ll keep the Reload with COMMAND-Shift-R in mind next time and will update you with any findings!

Describe the bug After a System Reboot (macOS 10.15.7 Catalina) altus 4.7.1 doesn´t reload chats to already connected devices
Expected behavior Normally altus should reconnect to all chats (i only use 2 devices) after any reboot
If i connect my private and business phone i can connect to each device, it states "Update available - but as i found out it only reloads the tab. But after a Sytsem Reboot of the connected Device altus stops working, and i need to delete and reconnect both devices. I Expect that Altus reconnects itself without any additional signup process.
