Restarting Reaver after repeated timeouts #362

Occassionally reaver will hang as follows:

Send EAPOL start request
WARNING recieved timeout occured
Send EAPOL start request
WARNING recieved timeout occured
Send EAPOL start request
WARNING recieved timeout occured

   To correct this
1. Stop reaver to ctrl-c
2. If a client is associated which is usually the case deauth the client
   aireplay-ng -0 10 -a AP -c Client  mon0

if no client simply deauth the router

   aireplay-ng -0 10 -a AP mon0

3. restart reaver.
   We have found in every case that after reaver startup the above warning messages dissappear.
