New Input mode request: Fixed mouse in center of client screen #226

Not sure if this has been requested before, but it would be nice to have the 
mouse cursor stay in the center of the device screen, and have panning around 
the desktop actually move the mouse (in the opposite direction of the pan).  
This is the default input for LogMeIn ignition.
