Pad Tie writes to Program Files (0.1a2) #2

When you change a configuration or use the mapping wizard, an 
UnauthorizedAccessException occurs because it is trying to write to Program 
Files. Only applies to installations from MSI, or copied manually into Program 
Files.

Fixed in 0.1a3

Changed the file loading code to incorporate "My Documents\Pad Tie" as the 
location for all user-created content including mappings and configurations. 
Now if you load a built-in configuration, it will copy it into My Documents\Pad 
Tie. This also makes it easier to locate your config files so you can share 
them.
