Editing actions causes input to be cleared and capture mode to be activated #25

If you edit an action in Pad Tie 0.1b1-2 and earlier, it will try to be helpful 
by auto starting the button/key captures, but since these values are already 
set, this feature makes changing only what you want difficult, as you must be 
sure to cancel the capture- in the case of keys you *must* press the 
combination again.

This is fixed for 0.1b2
