added mission params and respawn inventory #21

the BIG changes to mission.sqm where made by editor when I set a couple of things, they should be ok (ish) closes #9 closes #19

I'm planning to add more stuff, just need to check what is most useful to add. for the moment zones, CP penalty and starting CP should be enough. let me know if you want something else to be added (start a SP game if you want to see the whole list)

Just tried it in EDENs MP. Having the ability to do parameters at server start is extremely handy. No more having to dive into the PBO! Great feature.
