Main screen uses ASCII line characters to separate the panels, even though the console is perfectly Unicode #155

System (Intel/AMD/Raspberry Pi etc): Intel
OS version: Ubuntu 20.04
s-tui version: 1.0.1
Installation method(pip/PPA/source code): pip in virtualenv on python 3.8.2
Terminal: iTerm/Mac and ssh.

Step 2: Describe the problem:

Observed Results:

Main screen uses ASCII line characters to separate the panels, even though the console is perfectly Unicode: not nearly as pretty as on the screenshots. I don't miss the frame around everything, it's just a waste of space, but the vertical separator is ugly.

Just install and run it on the mentioned system.

Same 'issue'. I wonder if it is urwid issue or s-tui.
