preferences.json file can be modified without checks #3

A user could have his preferences file to be modified as such, with x-coordinates set to a negative value:

This would cause the window to be off-screen and make it unusable.

We have specified in our UG as a known issue that if InsureBook opens off screen, the remedy is to delete the preferences.json file.
