As soon as an organization is created, the user who is currently logged-in and has sent a POST request with organizationName and organizationDescription (i.e. create an organization), will be added automatically to this organization and will also get an additional role called ORG_CEO.
If another user is updated and is added to an existing organization (i.e. by updating the user and sending the attribute organizationId with an existing id of an org.) the user will be added to the organization and receive an additional role called ORG_EMP.
NOTICE: Users who are already part of an organization cannot be reassigned to another organization.
