Implement ShopService/Processstoreservice

In order to manage the platform and the shop in the frontend, a new service would be needed in order to handle all related tasks

• Should manage buying/selling/reviewing processes in the shop
• Should manage which company/user has bought which process
• Should be registered and configured with ServiceDiscovery microservice
