Hello epubcheck,

I have two issues that I need help with. The two errors are as follows:

Type    File    Line    Position    Message
WARNING OEBPS/content.opf   2   166 title element is empty
WARNING OEBPS/toc.ncx   -   -   Irregular DOCTYPE: found '-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.1//EN', 
expecting '<!DOCTYPE ncx PUBLIC "-//NISO//DTD ncx 2005-1//EN" 
"http://www.daisy.org/z3986/2005/ncx-2005-1.dtd">'.

Anyone who can help please respond?

Closing: this issue tracker is deprecated (use the one on GitHub) and this 
doesn't look like a bug in EpubCheck.
