Option to send search results directly to a new tab

Hi,

Great work.

1. Make it a 'grep' kind of piping. 'grep' directly to a new tab for further 
editing/manipulating of the text.
2. For big log files (100MB - around 500K lines) - searching with search+ is 
very slow. An option to bypass your result pane and send it directly to a new 
tab might be much faster and effective.

p.s. if you do implement it, one useful idea might be that if the pattern list 
is empty, just take the one in the input box.

I'm fully agree. I often searching through long log files. Speed improvement is highly welcome! :) BTW - great extension!
