Parser for Dhall expressions, continued #29

@amarpotghan @chandan911 Hello, peeps. @rhushikesh and I had a call today. We went through some Dhall code that Rhushikesh was struggling with. We both put our heads on it together, and really struggled to understand some bits.

This is how we think we should proceed.

  1. Merge #4 / #25 to master. Rhushikesh has done good work so far, and we can consider it as a logical checkpoint. (Merged.)
  2. I take over the parser work for the time being. (Assigned to me.)
  3. We think Amar probably understands (or can understand) what we couldn't. Now that Amar is done with his house move, we could all probably schedule a session this weekend wherein Amar will walk is through the code. What do you think, Amar?

@missingfaktor sure let's have a call this weekend. Saturday evening works for me best. Let me know if that's good with you!
