Arabic subtitles, not found for the most of the Animes #108

Hello,

Firstly, thank you for this awesome app. The app is amazing on Android TV.

The problem

For most of the anime, there are no Arabic subtitles. I'm not sure how you acquire subtitles from sub providers. Could you please consider adding OpenSubtitles or any other famous provider to the list of providers on the app?

AnimeTV only support subtitle from source server, if there no Arabic subtitle from source it will only translate from English to Arabic.

As you know not every anime have Arabic subtitle from source, or even it only have hard sub stream. since AnimeTV doesn't manage contents, I can't do anything about it. AnimeTV also will never add regional sources.

Also about open subtitle is duplicate with #87 Will not add it.
