Playback Speed #91

The playback speed doesn't seem to work

It only support in newer Android 9+. Unfortunately On old firestick/tv and lower version, the playback speed will crash the app

New nightly 4.1.0+ will allow some older Android version to use playback speed. Below it just not possible currently.
