Python3 migration #4

Is there a plan to migrate the included IronPython (Python2) to some version of Python3? Maybe there is an updated IronPython to include or could move to PythonNET instead.

Alex: I think IronPython will take a long time to become Python 3 compatible. I will look at PythonNET, but it still requires Python to be installed. It could be useful for integrating CPython more deeply with SolverStudio; thanks for alerting me to this. Andrew

Maybe once IronPython3 is mature enough.
