Change front page calendar display so it feeds from our calendar plugin #12

We have a Wordpress calendar plugin we use to manage our upcoming deadlines and event dates. This can be set up to feed the Upcoming Deadlines and Upcoming Events blocks on the front page.

Once this is done, you won't have to update that any more, because Connie will be able to do it.

Obviously, it needs more work on styling. The plugin comes with templates and stylesheets that are editable from the dashboard. @amasson99 @klgdigital26 @JEAConnie How are things coming with the MyCalendar integration? The way we're posting deadlines now, the list I gave you in the preceding comment will require multiple updates on the home page to keep them current. If we can get the calendar plugin working inside the front page, we can let Connie resume maintaining this content.

By the way, some of those deadlines are fast approaching. That content needs to be updated this week for sure, one way or another.
