Chrome v58+ deprecates subject CN matching #43

I don't know if it's just me, but new Chrome v28+ builds seem to block https connections to localhost proxies. I tried to switch on the chrome://flags/#allow-insecure-localhost but still doesn't fix the problem.

Need to update the certificate generator.
