Was getting very weird results (always only the same content) in my install profile, that I reinstalled over and over again...

When debugging it, I noticed that mlt replaces the solarium query object but runs after we set the index and site hash. So it was finding results from earlier installations in my case ;)

I'm not sure if this is the right place, but it seems to be working for me.

The current place for the code is probably because that's where it was placed in 7.x-1.x, but it makes sense to do it sooner now that we're doing the query via Solarium.
