We go though your paper and think you guys did a good job. There are some small problems that concerns about the notations and details.
In section 3.1, when you guys mentioned PW model, you did't explain meaning of p. Instead you said that at section 4.1. I suggest you move the explanation to section 3.
Still in section 3.1, it will better to explain the relaxation and diffusion terms. (what's the meaning of V mu and tau)
In section 4.2, you mentioned p(rho)=rho^gamma. Is there some constrains about gamma? And there is typo at 4.2.1 first line "conversation" should be "conservation".
