Further clean up #7

This PR further cleans up the released BUCTD code base!

removes unnecessary arguments from testing scripts
removes legacy code from CoAM model
adds training condition for new augmentations so that one does not need to set flag in testing script
adds 'strict' condition for loading pre-trained model weights

Running the testing script on the CrowdPose dataset with our BUCTD-CoAM model (and PETR conditions) gives now the following SotA results, as reported in our paper:
