Explain folder creation

Folder management is mentioned in the tutorial, but folder creation is never addressed. As a new user, it was not clear to me how folders are created, so perhaps an explanation is in order: Either in the tutorial or in the documentation.

I'll remark that in my opinion folder management should be changed into drag-and-drop altogether (part of the problem was that the location for the folder button isn't intuitive to me), then folders would be created by dragging one feed onto another (as in Android, for example). But this is a big feature request.
