Eurostat supports codelist restrictions via contentconstraint. https://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/api/dissemination/sdmx/2.1/contentconstraint/ESTAT/STS_INPP_M

BIS_PUBLIC support it as availableconstraint https://stats.bis.org/api/v1/availableconstraint/WS_EER/...AE

  1. add this feature to helper
  2. explore if other providers support it as well
