Tests should be developed to verify everything is functioning properly prior to release.

At minimum:

!tweet and co should handle multiline and a variety of potential gross stuff that people copy and paste
!tweet should verify API keys
configuration file should be checked and fail gracefully if bad data is put in

So this wouldn't be so bad, but now that I've tied it into travis, I need to figure out how to test things without actually interacting with live services (except maybe the twitter API?). Also how to have secret config files in the config thingy. I don't know. Maybe I don't like tests.
