changed clusters.py so that pyccl dependence is removed #59

Updated clusters.py to remove pyccl dependencies It's a tad slower but it works and has been tested against pyccl results.

Note I didn't change the mass conversion part of clusters because this looked like an old test and not relevant for the SZ pasting pipeline
