What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Some of the MSNBC rss links are stale outdated 
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The URLs feeds are located under "Video" sub-section at:
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/5216556/page/2/
I have extracted the RSS link below for each sub-channel.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP 0.9.6.0

Was fixed starting with version 0.9.9
