Add Startparameters via GUIProperties

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
OV can use Startparameters with MePo 1.1.2 using GuiProperties

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OV latest trunk compiled for MP11

Would appreciate if it could be added for next Version.

What about resetting those GUIProperties? Otherwise OnlineVideos will always 
see them and always start the way those fields define. I'll add code to clear 
those GuiProperties right after reading them, would that still fit your purpose?

That is perfect! - I was also thinking about that problem with resetting - I do 
it directly after I have launched OV - but from OV perspective you can't be 
sure - so your suggestion is perfect, as it makes sure, OV won't get started 
with "leftoverproperties" set.
