Chinese translation for MainMenu and DocumentSheet added. #48

Last time forgot to translate the xib files.

PS: the TexdistConfigController.xib is not internationalized yet.

Thanks for the change. Please check the menu item name for the TeX distribution against the English one; I changed it, and I'm not sure if you have the new or old title.

I've added entries to the .strings file for the TexdistConfigController.xib. That's easier for me, and hopefully for you as well. Thanks for catching that!
