"Listing Failed" and “… version at <mirror> cannot be determined” #67

Attached are three logs as requested. Earlier, I completely removed everything TeX related, cleaned up my .bash_profile, and tried reinstalling MacTeX. Still no joy. If there is anything else I can provide to help, just let me know.

TeX Live Utility is not able to connect to a CTAN mirror. What happens if you visit http://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet in a web browser? Does it connect?

Sure can. Just tested it, and using command line to update tlmgr and packages also works.

Do you have any firewall or proxy settings that might block TeX Live Utility? It's just not able to make a network connection, and I have never seen this before.

Same problem here. Happened with High Sierra and happens again with Mojave.

There is nothing blocking TeX Live, and the connection to any mirror can be done perfectly inside a browser.

Finally it worked!

Out of desperation I chose the Action to Reinstall TeX Live Manager and now everything works. Please take into account that this particular installation was just made from scratch. It did not work after installation, I chose the mentioned Action and now it works.
