Issue building iOS fgmps-3.5.0 directory not found #687

When performing a build with the latest version (3.3.0) it has 3 missing directories all related to fgmps-3.5.0. I followed the steps to manually install Xamarin.Build.Download as suggested in another thread but that didn't seem to fix the issue this time. After downgrading to 3.2.1 the issue isn't happening.
