Purpose of code changes on this branch:UXD User experience
Numeric "1" "2" and "3" should FINISH racers in the appropriate positions, "S" 
should START the racer in the starting block.  This should be configurable to 
disable shortcut keys so as to not have false inputs for those preferring mouse 
of touchpad only input

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:UXD

After the review, I'll merge this branch into:
