added paragraph describing dijkstra's algorithm #8

I added a paragraph giving a brief description of Dijkstra's algorithm. Hopefully this is clear and concise enough. I was not entirely sure of where the paragraph would fit in the page based on the description of the issue. At the moment it appears before the "advantages for maze generation" section.
