IOException #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Opened the rom file
2.Edited the randomizer settings
3.Clicked randomize and it tells me there was an IOException problem while 
saving.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I want to be able to save it and use it.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Randomizer version 1.1 On my Windows 8 Hp2000 laptop

Please provide any additional information below.

That can happen if you don't have permission to save the file in that location. 
 In particular, anything inside C:\Program Files\ or C:\Windows\ is likely to 
be restricted to programs with administrator access.

Please try saving inside your user directory.
