Merge PR #141 #144

Changes from v1.2.1 (and others) are not available in some variants of the distributed code. This PR fixes the problem (https://github.com/aws/amazon-cognito-auth-js/pull/141) but has been waiting on review for a month. Please review and merge so all library users can access the latest code.

This was corrected by maintainers creating an equivalent commit that released the compiled code for all variants. Closing issue.
