Dependency Changes

Changed to version 1.7.2 of the Amazon Kinesis Client Library
Changed to version 1.11.14 of the AWS SDK

Samples

Moved samples to their own directory.
Added a Maven POM for the samples:
- Modeled dependencies for the samples.
- Create launch scripts on the fly.
