AWS SQS Support #65

Hi Amplify Team,

I wanted to request a new feature: It would be great if Amplify would support creating AWS SQS queues as resources, assigning a Lambda trigger from existing (or new) functions and providing permissions to other Lambdas to send messages to such queue.
