Make use of turtlebot3-description-reduced-mesh #64

Similar to the CloudWatch sample application, this ObjectTracker sample application should be moved over to using the pre-built URDF files under https://github.com/aws-robotics/turtlebot3-description-reduced-mesh instead of using xacro.
