Build instructions for non java ppl #1

Hi Guys,

Great work with the scheduler over ECS - we would love to play with it for running chronos on ECS.

Is there any documentation on exactly how to build chronos with this scheduler for non-Java people? I saw you had it running in the screen cast but have no idea how to get it running in my ecs cluster.
