None, just a small thing I noticed when we were building this software internally.
Description of changes:
Manually updated & moved the tools.go file to match https://github.com/golang/go/wiki/Modules#how-can-i-track-tool-dependencies-for-a-module.
Ran go mod tidy with Go 1.16 as well to update the go.mod/go.sum.
