Issue #69 serverless-application-master/static-website/buildspec-integ-test.yaml had wrong path for backend and static-website packaged-template.yml

Description of changes: Removed /target folder to reflect the correct path for backend and static-website packaged-template.yml in realworld-serverless-application-master/static-website/buildspec-integ-test.yaml
