Hi cheolulee. That error has to do with the Call Control Panel loading on the webpage and is not related to this project directly. What browser are you using? Chrome and Firefox are the best ones to use with the CCP. Can you try on a different browser? Have you added the new URL to the your amazon connect console to allow it to load the CCP?

I tried Chrome, firefox , edge.... Is there any other solution?

Thanks for the template but I have the same error using the "aiChatFlow"
I think the problem is between the webSocket and the web-app because the tables in dynamo are being updated with the text
