fix Voice Id setting page. #123

Description of changes:

I set an ac_VoiceIdChannelDetailView component, but it didn't show up in my Service Console page. I assign as App Default on Activate setting popup, then it show. So I think select "App Default" better than "Org Default".

See this documentation from SF: image I believe in your specific case you have an "app default page assignment" overriding the org default. Do you mind altering your PR to say to use "org default" unless if you have specified an "app default"?
