Salesforce User Admin permissions #189

Hello,

i get asked that a lot and i just need an answer to hand out: Why does the Salesforce CTI User need Admin permission?

Is there a list of permission it actually needs?

It's because of a bug, the standard user permission set we found out misses permissions. We setup a workaround permission set with the additional permissions because giving all users admin access wasn't okay.
