There is no Documentation as to how to use the sfGenerateAudioRecordingStreamingURL.py Lambda and how to use it

That lambda is used to generate audio recording streaming. You can see it in the documentation here: https://amazon-connect.github.io/amazon-connect-salesforce-cti/docs/lightning/cti-adapter/07-contact-lens#setting-up-the-audio-recording-streaming
