Move the `salesforce.py` and `sf_util.py` to `lambda_layers` or packaged into PIP #7

It would be great if the salesforce.py and sf_util.py files could be either packaged into the lambda layers folder so deployed as lambda layers or PIP so that developers can use the packages to create their own custom lambda's.

salesforce.py and sf_util.py are now both in the lambda_functions directory!
