Voicemail Express V2 #149

Hello,

I'm running into an issue which I'm not sure how to resolve it. Looking for help here, please suggest the solution

Issue: Runtime.ImportModuleError: Unable to import module 'vmx_packager': No module named 'phonenumbers'

First, is there a specific reason you are deploying this instead of the standard, included voicemail option that comes with SCV now?

Second, have you completed the SFConfig setup and do you see the python layer attached to your Lambda function?

Firstly thank you for taking your time to respond to this issue.

Yes, We've completed the SFConfig setup, and I do see the python layer attached to the Lambda function.

Currently we've implemented the functionality using Voice mail Express.

Looking forward for your guidnace in the right direction here.

Do you have availability this week to troubleshoot? If so, which time zone are you in? I've just completed a clean install on a new org, so the templates are still valid. Please let me know.
