Custom CCP integration : unable to hear incoming ringing sound #890

agents are no longer hearing a "chime" noise when they receive a call. they only hear the whisper. (they use auto accept) image

When auto-accept is enabled, ringtone is not played. Do you have a use case where you want agents to be automatically connected to incoming calls after ringtone is played for some time? Could you describe your use case? Thank you.
