Add model to Hugging Face Hub #1

Hello 🙋🏻‍♂️

It would be very cool to add the models to Hugging Face Hub. There are already two Amazon-related orgs https://huggingface.co/amazon and https://huggingface.co/AmazonScience , where you could add the model.

I would be thrilled to see AlexaTM 20B, as well as the other AlexaTM models (700M, 2.3B, 9.3B), be published to HuggingFace, where scientists and practitioners alike can really start enjoying the work.

I checked out the jumpstart blog and saw the notice.

Use of AlexaTM 20B is made available for non-commercial use and is covered under the Alexa Teacher Model License agreement.

Which seems to allow distribution for non-commercial usage. I also checked out the assets and would be more than happy to publish them to the Hub.

This would be a great opportunity to share the awesome work you and your Team are doing with a bigger community. Also, Jumpstart might not be the best tool for researchers and practitioners to check out.

I think adding AlexaTM to Hugging Face Hub is the most appropriate way to publish the model under non-commercial license. The non-commercial restriction exposes SageMaker JumpStart customers to license violations because AWS is basically the platform for building commercial applications. If AlexaTM chooses the non-commercial license, Hugging Face Hub is more suitable because there is not only commercial but also academic platform.
